You're not buying a cabin.
You're founding a community.
Corazón's 10 Founding Members don't arrive to a finished project. They arrive before: they write its rules of coexistence, vote on how the common areas are designed, and leave their name on land my family cared for over almost 40 years.
What it means to be a Founding Member
Three roles you hold at once, each backed by a real decision.
Co-Founder
The 10 founders co-write and sign the Founding Charter: Corazón's values and rules of coexistence. It isn't a rulebook you receive, it's the one you help draft.
Co-Designer
You customize your cabin's layout, and you vote on the common-area budget of the community: garden, yoga deck, temazcal, bonfire area, coworking, trails, kids area.
Early investor
You enter at the project's most accessible phase, with your phase price locked in your contract, and priority both in the managed rental program and in whatever we build next.
Scope note: the events area and the pool are facilities operated by the project as a service for the community and visitors, so they are not part of the budget co-decided by founders.

-
05

Preferred placement in the booking rotation whenever you choose to rent your cabin.
-
06
First access to what comes next
Our intention is for founders to get the first opportunity in future phases and in the next EcoVillages we develop in other destinations across Mexico.
Why we believe this holds up
This is not a promise of returns. It's the thesis behind our decision to build here, and why we believe this kind of asset withstands what's coming.
What's scarce is no longer cognitive, it's physical
As technology makes intellectual work cheaper, what rises in relative value is precisely what can't be digitized: land, health, clean air, silence, real relationships and time. A cabin in a regenerated forest doesn't compete with automation.
Self-sufficiency as measurable insurance
Solar panels, rainwater harvesting, a biodigester and a community garden decouple your cost of living from inflation and supply chains. It isn't an abstract idea, it's a number you can calculate.
Calculate your cost of living in Mexico →Structurally limited supply
We sit inside a protected nature reserve, with only 10 cabins allowed across 10,000+ sqm. 3 km from Córdoba and 10 km from Orizaba, in a region already receiving 1.5 million visitors a year. Scarcity here isn't a sales tactic, it's a real constraint of the land.
Triple optionality
Live in it full time, use it seasonally and rent it through our managed program, or simply hold it. Three different paths, not a single bet.
Transparency: Corazón is in pre-construction. Any projection of appreciation or rental income is an estimate, not a guaranteed return.
Phase pricing, no fine print
We'd rather explain how pricing works than rush you with a countdown.
The project moves forward in phases. Prices rise as the phases advance, for two honest reasons: fewer of the 10 places remain, and each construction stage lowers the risk for whoever comes later.
That means whoever comes first pays the project's lowest price, and that price stays fixed in their contract. It doesn't go up afterwards, and it doesn't change if the market does.

Does this feel like yours?
The first step isn't a sales call, it's the Fit Quiz: it helps us both find out whether your values and Corazón's align. There are only 10 places, and we choose carefully.
